JAZZ
…the pizzazz of jazz has
syncopated rhythms
and melodic beats,
hand clapping –
finger snapping
toe tapping harmonies
that move my feet.
piano movements
that tickle my spine –
a perfect blend
that captures my mind –
but when the saxophone moans
so do I
I get blue –
because jazz has pizzazz –
but not as much as U.
